In order to help you identify and find the needed parts, we have categorized them by instrument and then by the type of the part. Followings are 4 different types of parts with an example of each: User Replaceable Parts and Consumables, are parts that replacing them can be done by the system operator. Consumables are used on daily basis to run the tests (Sample Cups, Reaction Trays etc.). User Replaceable Parts are replaced on need to basis or for Preventive Maintenance purposes (Tubing, Lamp, Syringes and Plungers ...). Service Parts like User Replaceable Parts are replaced on need to basis or for Preventive Maintenance purposes but replacing them may need some adjustments and alignments (Syringe Motors, Colorimeter Filters etc.). Modules are parts that are assembled from some other parts. Replacing them requires technical knowledge and usually they need special adjustments and alignments (Reagent Turntable Assy. Colorimeter Assy. etc.). A non-functioning Module can be repaired or exchanged with good unit. PCB's & Power Supplies are like modules. They can be repaired or exchanged with good ones. Please note that replacing Service Parts, PCB's, Power Supplies and Modules, MUST be done by Qualified Service Personnel.
