I can't find the part that I need. Can you help?Yes. The listings of parts posted on this web site are partial lists of what we carry. In order to make the downloads of the pages as quick as possible, we have listed the most common parts on our website. Please contact us and give us a part number or description or even if you are not sure what parts you need to fix the problem, just let us know about the problem you are having with your instrument and we do our best to find a solution.
Do you offer any warranties on the products that you sell? Yes. We do offer warranties on our products. Due to the nature of our products, these warranties vary for different products. Please contact us for further details.
What kind of payments do you accept? Our payment Terms are: Net 30 days, Due upon receipt, COD and Credit Card Payments in the United States and Canada. Customer in all other countries are usually required to make Wire Transfer payments unless another payment method is agreed upon..
We can ship you items as fast as overnight delivery (where available) by Courier Services such a UPS, Federal Express, DHL, Airborne Express. We also ship by United States Postal Service.
What are your criteria for exchanging or repairing parts? The parts sent to us for exchange or repair MUST be in repairable conditions. Costumers MUST obtain a Repair/Exchange Tag Number BEFORE sending the part to us. This will ensure proper routing and identification of the part while it is in our facilities for repair or exchange.
